Extensions cost the same at every level. Color prices are for shoulder-length hair; longer or thicker hair is quoted at your consultation.

On North Main since 2011
When I opened Marlowe in Fairport in 2011, it was me and one other stylist in the front room of this building. We’re six now, and in 2018 we took over the floor upstairs.
Pricing by level means you can choose by budget or by stylist, and every level does the full menu. If a cut or color isn’t right, call within a week and we’ll fix it at no charge.

Questions we get
Do you take walk-ins?
For short cuts and blowouts if a stylist is free, and a call first saves a wasted trip. Color and balayage are by appointment.
How far ahead should I book?
Two weeks for Saturdays and evenings, about a week otherwise. Claire and Jenna are usually booked three to four weeks out.
How much is a cut?
$55 with a stylist, $68 with a senior stylist and $85 with a master stylist, including the wash and style. Short cuts start at $32.
Do you do color?
Yes: single-process, highlights, balayage, gloss and color correction. Any new color starts with a free 15-minute consultation.
What happens if I am late?
We’ll do what we can in the time that’s left. More than 15 minutes late for color usually means rebooking, because color can’t be rushed.
Can I move or cancel an appointment?
Yes, with 48 hours’ notice for color and extensions, and 24 hours for anything else. Later than that, we charge 25% of the service.
How can I pay?
Cards, Apple Pay or cash, with tips on the card or in cash. Gift cards are sold at the front desk in any amount.
